Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Repair Technician to join our Roofing and Siding Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining roofing and siding systems to ensure structural integrity and customer satisfaction. You’ll work independently or as part of a team, handling both emergency repairs and scheduled service calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess roofs and siding for damage, wear, and potential issues.

• Perform necessary repairs, replacements, and maintenance on roofing and siding materials.

• Communicate clearly with clients to explain findings and recommendations.

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Work with materials such as asphalt shingles, metal panels, vinyl siding, and composite boards.

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

• Complete work orders, documentation, and photos for each repair job.

• Collaborate with supervisors and other crew members to ensure efficient project completion.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of experience in roofing, siding, or general construction preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• OSHA certification is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work environment.

• Physical labor including lifting, climbing, and working on roofs.

• Standard workweek with occasional overtime based on demand.
