About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful execution of roofing projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with our production team, vendors, and customers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with production managers to schedule crews, materials, and equipment.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and progress.
Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including crews, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Problem-Solving: Address challenges as they arise, from weather delays to material shortages, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Quality Control: Conduct site visits to ensure work meets company standards and customer expectations. Address any issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems (bonus points if you’ve used HubSpot!) and project management software.
Knowledge of roofing processes and materials is a plus.
